I prepared this simple vegan pizza with tomato sauce, onion and some vegetables and it was delicious! I didn’t have mushrooms this time but you can cook them and then add it to the dough before bake it.
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 100 ml water
- 3 tbsp oil
- pinch salt
- Preheat oven 180ºC.
- In a bowl mix flour with yeast and add water, salt and oil. Set aside and wait 30 min-1 hour.
- Shape the dough and wait for 30 more minutes.
- Spread tomato sauce over dough, top with onions, tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven until crust is golden, about 10-15 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil, arugula, spinachs and pumpkin seeds or other toppings of your choice.
